Euro 2020: Italy and Spain renew their rivalry in semi final
Former World Champions Italy and Spain are set to lock horns tonight in the first semi final of the Euro 2020. The match is set take place at the Wembley with about 60,000 fans expected to be present.
The match sees this two elite nations continue their ongoing rivalry at the European Championship after meeting for the fourth successive time in the tournament.
The most memorable meeting between this two nations happened in the Euro 2012 when Spain humiliated them 4-0 in Kiev. The Azzurris however got a little revenge in the Euro 2016 with a 2-0 win at the last 16.
The Italians seem to be favorite this time around after knocking out Belgium at the Quarter final. They also have an impressive 32 matches unbeaten run alongside their quest for 2nd euro title since 1968.
Spain have also done well, first they saw off Croatia in the round of 16, a game that ended 5-3 after extra time before seeing off stubborn Switzerland on penalty in their last match at the Quarter final.
Tonight match between kicks off 20:00 at the Wembley. What are your predictions?

It is going to be a huge one tonight as both teams comes up against each other for a place in the final round in Wembley
Yeah. Semi final games are usually tough as teams bring all they've got to the field and battle it out. One thing is for sure, we would not be seeing an easy ride from any of them. They will have to work really hard for the results

Yeah. It sure would be an entertaining one to watch. Matches between these two are always back and forth with both sides bring their all to the game. However expect tonight game to more cagey than the previous ones.

Yeah as expected. It wasn't easy on any of the sides as the games stretched long into penalties. Great victory for the Azzurris, giving all their all to make it into the finals. I doubt they will be missing out on the title now.
Can't wait to see who they face in the final on Sunday. Whether england or Denmark, I expect them to take it as a do or die affair that day. They've really shown lot of zeal and effort in getting to this phase. I Hope they eventually get rewarded with the trophy on the last day.
The match is not going to be an easy one because both team have been exceptional in the tournament but nevertheless i still want to give Italy my support because of their defensive pattern of play.
Yeah. Also don't expect a smooth ride for any of the team. Wouldn't be surprised if it ends goalless at the full time or one goal scoreline. Whoever actually come out victorious will have to work very hard.
