When we sign a contract in the business world, I believe it should be based on both the parties interest, let's know that contracts are influence by certain position taking at the interest of the individuals affect by the proposed contract at a certain time provide all reasonable interest are met by the proposed contract on the table.

Now you may ask but why discuss contracts and this is the reason

Yes, people harry kane, I want to ask for our view based on contracts and side defect can we just explain what contract is.
In the case of messi it was a straight and honest thing "we will renew your contract but please take a pay cut of 50% and stay still 5 years " says barca
After a long had thought messi come and says no, we shake hand and part ways.

But this young man harry knew his contract was running line, a year remaining and he becomes a free agent.
So levi meets with him, you are a legend in this club we offer to renew your contract you signed and the ll of a sudden you push the silent approach button saying you are no more interested!!!
Please let's reason is this not somehow fishy? I have questions....

  1. Gari levi didn't put a gun to his head to sign a renewed contract so why sign when you know you want to leave?

  2. Did levi alter any clause or provision in the contract that made kane react this way?

  1. Harry kane mention something that had to do with " a gentleman agreement" what is that supposed to be about?

  2. In business levi, might have and this is me thinking a certain way made him to sign this contract promising that after sign any club comes for him he bills they sell at the required price so as not to loose when he go on free transfer. But may be levi had a second deal off his sleeves
    Tottenham hotspur, RightNow are in hot waters the season is drawing close and alot of things are taking shape.
    The earlier this is sorted the better for both parties

  3. Should kane continue to push for transfer with his current stand or just swallow up his pride and see his contract through.
    What's your take on this

My opinion on kane; he should just swallow his pride and see through his remaining contract, because forcing a transfer is obviously going to spark a dispute between the current club and even the fans to hate on him and as you know his career is atsake, his a good striker no doubt but he shouldn't force it.

Guys you should know harry Kane has not won any major title in his Carry for tottenham. the only trophy he ever close to win, was this Euro 2020 which England lost to Italy, so why will he not push for a move,
It's sure that if Harry Kane his to play for mancity a trophy this season his sure....
Any good player in his position will do same....
