A beautiful morning brings coolness in every silence, the sun that shines on the earth is able to give an extraordinary aura on Sunday, 28/2/2021, the weekend has arrived.
Starting morning activities with exercise is an activity I usually do, every morning I always exercise to maintain my stamina and body health. The bright morning made me move to take steps to carry out these activities, the sport I did this morning was cycling with friends around the countryside.
These activities are of course very draining, fatigue accompanies, sweat soaks the body and the breath continues to carry out its function regularly. For about two hours we toured our beloved village, beautiful scenery was presented in front of our eyes, fresh air accompanied every step of the bicycle rowing, we occasionally met friends who were active in the plantation.
Cycling is one of the sports that I do the most in my spare time apart from playing football, after doing this sport, I immediately returned home to rest for a while. A cup of coffee is available with the heat, coffee made by my dear wife which is formulated lovingly to accompany my beautiful morning break. Soon I immediately rushed to the bathroom and put on clothes to go to bring the children to enjoy the weekend.
On this holiday, we take our children to a swimming pool attraction in the city, swimming pools are the children's choice to play and exercise every weekend. My wife and I accompanied them until noon arrived, while at the swimming pool, the children seemed to really enjoy their weekend vacation, happiness and joy without any burden radiated on their faces, until finally we returned from the activity.
From the swimming pool, we stopped briefly at one of the restaurants in the city center for lunch. Being there for only about thirty minutes, getting up from the restaurant, we went straight to the mosque to fulfill our obligation to pray Dzuhur. On the way back home, we briefly stopped at the green pulut seller, which I will later enjoy with my family at home.
When I got home, I didn't have any activities to do, after the Asr prayer I immediately took a break while writing this post.
