Cycling in the afternoon for a healthy life always.

Greetings of friendship. .
Exercising by rowing a bicycle is certainly very good for body health, cycling is useful for controlling body weight, reducing stress, reducing the risk of cancer and heart disease, maintaining balance in the body's muscles and preventing insomnia. One of the activities I do today is exercising in the afternoon, the sport I do is cycling with friends.

This sunny afternoon made me and my friends gather at the village hall, then we traveled around the village and continued to remote villages, residential areas, community plantations to the top of a hill in our beloved village. The journey by rowing a bicycle on the track to the hill is very difficult, the difficult track journey made me and my friends have to be careful in riding a bicycle.

The up and down track sometimes forces us to get down and push the bike, this is because we are afraid of falling and injury. The trip drained our energy, occasionally when we were tired we had to rest in a shady tree, the hot sun that afternoon made sweat soak all of our bodies.

Cycling is one of my favorite sports, I usually do this sport when I have free time or are on vacation from work. Cycling is indeed very susceptible to injury, therefore all equipment must be fulfilled when doing this very challenging sport.

The cool air did accompany our long journey, the gentle breeze also accompanied our fatigue, but the hot sun was also able to sweat out our bodies. Even though I was tired of coming to the edge, I was still enthusiastic about doing this sport, when the sun was at the west end we immediately returned home to finish the sport.
