RE: My today's chess problem for you to finish (Deutsch*English) Mein heutiges Schachproblem für dich zum Vollenden

Qf5 is the only way to defend. The White Queen has now to retreat or gets exchanged after Bb2.
Lesson to learn: If you have weakened your Kings position with g6, and don´t have a blacksquared Bishop anymore, then you have to be overly careful to protect that dangerous a1-h8 diagonal!

Oh, you mean all king surrounding pawns white, so black squares are open for intrusion. Wow! And no blacksquared bishop far and wide. Right!! Lesson learned. Qf5 is a brilliant move for direct clearance! Thanks for sharing this with us. If only I had seen the opposing blacksquared bishop before he got into position!

In the meantime I could convert some DEC into ENGAGE, so here's my appreciation for visiting with us. Marry Christmas !ENGAGE 25

Oh, why more, @misterengagement? I thought 1,000 is the threshold (see the other comment in is this thread). @minismallholding, do you have an idea?

(Edited)

Could be that if you've only just gone past the 1000 threshold, it hasn't registered yet. @abh12345, any ideas?

Hm. So let me take another chance with "more". !ENGAGE 12

That's what I love and hate about decentralized technology: always potential for better documentation.

Hmm. It did say 1000 too, but I do vaguely remember something being said about it needing 1001 minimum, now. @abh12345, perhaps the mister engagement comment above needs changing to reflect this.

Even 1000.001 might be enough, then mathematically it might just be "more then 1000". It sure is a good idea to be precise, either with documentation or with implementation. !ENGAGE 10

Anyway, it's fun to ride this wave, when it's there. yyeehaa
