RE: Today in History: Mark Spitz sets Olympic Gold record

i wonder how much difference the hat and goggles actually makes. I mean obviously the goggles help you to see but if anything wouldn't they slow you down a tiny bit? The last time i tried to go to a pool they wouldn't let me swim unless i had a cap and a Speedo. I opted to not swim. I aint wearing a fuvking speedo.
