I think it's a great idea to have such a pool. If you have less than around 500 workerbees, you will seldom see the colour of a single bee being paid to you. Since it's a lottery in the style win/loose, you can only win when there are much more miners working together. It's much better to earn 0.001 bee than 0 bee every day I beleive :-)
