To buy or not to buy?

It turns out I didn't get the llama and I'm not even sure about how I feel about it. I mean, I'm having the sad feeling that comes from missing out on something but after looking at the price, and considering the buffs it adds, I'm not even sure if I should be too bothered.

The Llama does have some interesting qualities and I know it is something that will please @idikuci a little bit more than others.

I'd be scouring through Peakmonsters to find a battle that features this summoner because its buffs are rather interesting. The card is currently listed at around $6 and so I'll need like $36 to get it into level 3.

I need to consider the battle and growth potential before buying it. Yodin Zaku is still the baddest of the lot and the rest can just fight it out for second. This one didn't even come with plenty excitement, and so, I can't help but wonder if I should risk the funds.

So, the question is to buy or not to buy?

It's a great character, but I think pretty useless, a bit like that new water summoner!

Although cleanse is a VERY useful ability - ESSENTIAL against Mimosa, and there are no cleansing monsters with Life. This'd be quite good with Equalizer I think.

Deepswimmer and Chanseus are shit though. The gap between Yodin Zaku and the rest is too wide. I could get the Llama if the price drops to $4 range though

Deep Swimmer can also be used for no magic battles. Nighshade is perfect for no melee battles.

I would quite like a Deep Swimmer, I like that Return Fire ability, but I've got other cards I'd rather buy first.

In terms of that Earth Summoner, I think the guy with thorns would be a better purchase for the relative cost.

Yeah. I got that guy from dice packs I bought before DEC became expensive. He's up to level 3 now. It is almost like a cheat in melee mayhem battles 😄. You could take down a level 6 rare summoner team in melee mayhem battles. He's even more devastating when melee mayhem combines with back to basics.
