Against All Odds .:. #MyHiveGoals March 21st, 2021

Just two days ago I have published a post with the awesome quote that says:

It always seems impossible until it is done.

...and today, looking at these numbers in #myhivegoals I thought about those words... The past report was all about the coloring, and this one is... about staying the same... :)

But, like in that quote, maybe it looks that nothing has changed and that it's impossible to reach those goals, but still... Numbers have changed, the monthly goal is still close, and I'm not giving up!

The Hive Power cell was colored in green the last week, so everything that adds up there is just a bonus and easier task in the next month! There is already over 140HP more than I have planned for this month, so that's just awesome! I'm not powering down the HP overage!

The CUBDefi works great and it makes some nice profits for everyone, and also for me too! I "blame" CUBs for not reaching my LEO Power goal in March, but there will be plenty of time (and LEO) to catch it in April... If we don't see another great investment opportunity from LEO Finance and I jump on that too! lol... I have mixed feelings about that... lol

Another "goal of shame" is the CTP Power goal... I didn't check my monthly goals for it in February, but less than 3% behind the monthly goal isn't that much at all... I believe I can accomplish that, and here is the point where I would use the title for this post, Against All Odds...

The SPORTS POWER goal is looking very well and healthy... I have reached my monthly goal before, and at the moment, I'm working on creating a cushion for it... Just in case if in the following months something goes wrong...

Regarding my GAMING GOALS the thing looks the same as in the past week's report... In one game I'm doing more than well, and in the other one, I'm chasing my goal, but doing some nice progress... In the RISING STAR I'm collecting a nice amount of cards every week and my investment in the STARBITS Millionaire card was a good move!

In the wait for 3rd edition cards, I'm building up my DCITY base income week by week... The release can happen any moment and it's unknown what will be the impact on the economy inside the game and the game in general... In any case, I will not do any irrational movements and I will probably just continue to build my city...

HIVE POWER - 20,000 / 25,000    80.00%  needed monthly grow 1.66%
LEO POWER     - 8,000 / 12,000  66.00%  needed monthly grow 2.83%
CTP POWER - 150,000 / 200,000   75.00%  needed monthly grow 2.08%
SPORTS POWER   - 5M / 15M       33.33%  needed monthly grow 5.55%

Gaming Goals:

RISING STAR (CARDS) - 189 / 2,000    9.45%  needed monthly grow 7.54%
DCITY (DAILY SIM) - 5,488/ 12,000   45.73%  needed monthly grow 4.52%   (base Income - before taxes)

It looks like your still a bit far from the Rising Star cards and if you get that many cards, you will probably be pretty far up on the rankings as well. The rankings rewards should help you progress on your other targets after.

Yeah, it's true... I'm still focused on doing lessons and leveling up, but I will change that soon to doing missions, where I should earn more STARBITS... This means more money for buying packs and reaching that goal :)

Moving right along. Still trying to figure out the card aspect to rising star and if I simply need to hold the card or do I need to activate it in some way in order to get it's benefits.

You just simply hold the card and you get their benefits... If you put them on sale/market, you lose benefits... If you don't see that your stats have changed (fans, skill, IM), go to YOUR CARDS and click on the link in this text:

It should refresh your status and update stats... ;)

Hehehe... well, if you were selling when it started to dip, maybe you did it wrong... Anyways, LENM is now around 5 HIVE, so you can now re-focus to SIM :P :P

The end justified the means in this case. And as you said, as soon as the price stopped being 4 HIVE I stopped selling SIM. So far so good.

Since you were the one that shot a movie recently with some overlay of some music I really like, I simply had to drop a comment to you.

D*rn, you have a whole structure and growth plan setup for HIVE and HIVE ecosystem projects. WEEHOO! I've seen others do this as well. Always wonder how to reach such goals. If for instance, the rewards are lacking, will you decide to write more post in the set time period? Or just go to exchanges and buy some and powerup?

Maybe I should have a plan too, but I seem to reduce my posting activities whenever HIVE is on the up. Same counts for LEO. Doing something totally anti-trend here, since I see so many users coming active after a long time again, as well as newbies.

Anyways, super you supported creating a not so #sadsunday video with and for #mipiano :)

Well, this year some of my goals aren't that impossible to reach (like HIVE, maybe LEO), so I'm more limiting myself of selling them atm... Very rarely I create more than 1 post per day for my main account... In the past, I did buy additional HIVE to PowerUp...

Maybe I should have a plan too, but I seem to reduce my posting activities whenever HIVE is on the up.

Creating goals and doing these reports (you don't have to do it weekly, you can monthly) will help you with consistency... At least, it helped me a lot... It motivates me to create every day and not pay attention to the noise (Hive price, or some of the tokens that I accumulate price)... :)

And she (mipiano) was rejecting to join HIVE when I have started, and now, she is killing, with rewards and great posts... :)

Setting goals makes HIVE feel like a job to me. Was very active in blogging in the past, but now I write a post when I find some time, and have the feeling I want to put the time in. Daily I curate with some mini superpowers from others, that's the minimal task I execute which cost me at least 1hrs, maybe more these days already. Any other activity must be pure for the fun of it :) Although I like structuring things, I likely will not set goals on HIVE. Am anyway more an investor than a trader, therefore not having the problem selling HIVE :) Thanks for your answer btw :)

MiPiano: yea, she is doing great! but I think she also spends like 10 hrs a day on and around HIVE hahahahaha I told her she should take it easy from time to time, but she doesn't seem to want to spend less time on HIVE. Cool! Have been there, seen it, done it, not anymore. She has her momentum at HIVE, so also good to use this. Gives positive vibes for sure, which will give extra energy to come up with yet another great post, or challenge, concept or whatever.

Actually, that is not a bad idea... :)

But, I'm thinking of delegating all my HUSTLER to Liotes and grow there... These 5-6 goals are enough atm... :)

Yeah, I have created an achievable HIVE Power goal, so it should be reached this year... If that happens earlier, I will probably redirect some Hive to other goals later...
