MY STRENGTH [POEM]

Not the muscle
Nor the perfectly built body are
It's just the smile
From that one right person

Not that they are perfect
Nor are they a saint
But the joy that comes to the heart
From thinking about them is indescribable

Not the beautiful face
Neither was it the broad chest
Made me fall and remain there
But its from the pureness of their heart

Now I feel safer than I ever was
Knowing fully well that I found refuge
Not only from the One I love
but also from the one who chooses me too

Those with just one choice
Of choosing me over and over again
As I am the only option they got
That's the push needed to be better

Not only for me to enjoy it alone
Nor to keep and hide it
But to share as it was freely given
That's my strength.
