China Professional Skateboarder Luo Jian Shen

Luo Jian Shen started skateboarding around 1999. He saw a group of people skating near the Tianhe Sports Center and he decided to give it a try after he saw all the different skateboarding tricks.

In the past when skateboarding was rare in China, most people would determine it based on the result of competitions.

Luo Jian Shen felt that we should not judge a skater based solely on competitions.

Luo Jian Shen had built a reputation in performing big tricks but we can see that he would get angry with himself when he was unable to perform new tricks properly.
