So much pain

I let myself go in recent times, so I've added a but if weight. Also, I've been consuming a lot of beer and it all went straight to my tummy, resulting in that baby bump.

I decided to follow @ebingo to the gym yesterday, since I'm around and he's kind of an athlete.

We did a couple of exercises that I normally won't have stress completing, but here I am, useless and feeling plenty pain in bed.

Getting out of bed Is not officially a chore but the worst part is that I have to go again today. I'm not going to push myself too much today because, hell, I can't even if I tried to 😭.

Sorry about the pains..
You sure gonna feel sore after the first day but subsequently your body will get used to it and then you begin to burn off the fats.

It's tough to get started, I always go slow because I hate feeling sore. Overtime it gets much easier and good you have a friend to help motivate you! After 30 days you'll see tremendous results. Cut out sugar and you'll see it's much easier too! ;)

This was me the first time I tried doing crunches for my tummy. I just lie on my back on the tiles with pains all around my stomach and back. The next day I gave myself an excuse not to do it. But then again when I saw my tummy in the mirror, the motivation came from no where. All you need is constant motivation and dedication to keep it up. With time your body will get used to it.
