They have been the leaders is this field for some time thinking out the box and bringing new ideas. I must admit the last coach could have done with replacing a long time ago as I never rated him for some reason. I have always wanted to do some sort of coaching role and hoping I have the time to still get involved somewhere. I saw my friend was replaced 3 days ago out of the England set up so it is never a guaranteed position.
