It seems that it will be revealed in today's live stream. I will try to attend this session today to see what it is all about. It will be awesome to test it out. However, for now I need to accumulate as much starbits as I can.

Do you think its all about referrals or everyone could use that new mechanic?
I think everyone can use it but will have to wait till after the show to know for sure. Personally I think it is related to the new booster cards.
