(ps: why is there always an overfilled bin near a church in england? theres one near my mums thats full too....do people just think god will empty it)

I'm just an old man who is not giving up on life :)
I suspect someone dumped their household rubbish in the bin as it's not that busy a place. I assume the church was not having a service yesterday.
