I just finished a 4.094km running that lasted about 0hh:29mm:17ss !
Midnight rolled around and I felt A buzz.
A burst of energy at 11 pm so I thought let's go for another run, it would be my second run of the week which I started Monday.
I set A goal of 2km as that was what I reached last time all be it doing both running and jogging to get there.
This run was quite amazing I managed to hit 2km without slowing to A walk, I maintained my running past 2km before eventually needing to slow down to walking pace and then switching between 30 second run 30-second walk etc.
Overall A massive improvement from my last run which was awesome.
