About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

Well done on getting out again. My legs are not too bad considering my long run yesterday. There have been times when I would be hobbling around the next day.

I felt a little stiff this morning, but the run home in the afternoon felt easy enough :-)

I think it depends not just what you do the day before, but how hard the previous effort was.

If I'd done a super hard race effort yesterday, I wouldn't have been able to walk today... but an easy and relaxed 10 miler? no problem!
