I just finished a 7.199km running that lasted about 0hh:46mm:19ss !

Yep, you've guessed it, I am still only running intermittently at the moment.

Just not feeling it at the moment, have lost momentum and struggling to find interest to keep training regularly. Todays route was a quick one up the bypass, and I decided to make a detour to Branston because I felt like it.

There are a few positives from today though:

1 - In the past when I take a break from running, it usually stops completely, so it is good to see that I am still doing something, at some point I hope to get back into a better routine, but at the moment it really is a case of 'something' is better than 'nothing'

2 - I dragged the scales out today with trepidation, and was pleasantly surprised to note that I still sit at 77kg (the same as I was 3 weeks ago). The fact that the last 3 weeks of eating crap and lack of exercising hasn't had too much of an impact shows that I am still doing something right. I have done a hell of a lot of walking recently, and may be sub-consciously I am not eating as much as I think I am.

I have a tendancy to be a yo-yo dieter: 3 months being sensible and losing weight, then going into 'fuck it' mode and pilling those 5kg back on.

This time round I have managed to maintain the good progress I have made, something to be pleased with at least.

...and on that note I'm gonna head off to try and find my mojo, again...
