March Run #27: Magpie's Valley with a twist and a tail

avatar

This report is for Friday, March 27th 2020.

As the day before I took off early, at 6:50 am, and went into the Magpie's valley. This time I chose to enter the valley slightly more to the right which gave me an additional section of running off road.

Then I went back to the tarmac road in the middle of the valley and follower it up to the turning point.

These beautiful creatures were waiting in a corner of the enclosure.

The map of the run with the profile. Again, five minutes of exercise made the table-top in the center of the graph.

The morning was freash at six degrees. Winter is saying goodby, at least for the weekend.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

You have uploaded 341 running activities, and 27 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 27 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 210.49 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:55 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.053min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
