easy ten [Exhaust Running Report, September 8th 2020]
The run this afternoon was an easy ten K, mostly flat.
The cover image show the cake that my wife baked on Sunday. Home made marmalade on top with some cream to decorate it. Delicious!
I made quite a nice loop drawing this figurine in the process.
All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

Nice run. I wonder If you ran the 10K to make sure you offset the sugar intake. Look at that cake 😆
Partially, yes :)
I did the run less than two hours after the lunch and it showed in the start. Later it was easier to run so I can say that you were right.

Yeah, I typically avoid running after the lunch. That's why mornings are better for me.

.im impressed. I have been trying to break 6 minutes per km on a 5k. We'll work on the 10 after that :)
Thanks.
You will do it. Consistency pays out. Plus running quicker on shorter intervals :)
Good luck!
