The cover photo shows the t-shirt I received today by mail. It's a participant's item for the IT conference in October. It was online, of course.
The run - I didn't have much time between the errands of the evening. When I started I thought about the exercise I probably haven't done before.
The goal was to run with short and quick steps. In other words, quick cadence, short stride.
Two graphs below show that the cadence was higher than standard which is 180. The stride, well ... I thought it was shorter. 103 cm is still a normal length, I would say.

Four days until the end of the month. Since I don't have any goals in front of me and no challenges to complete, the aim is to run 7 K on average. It will be done!
