late & short

We had a packed day today. School, work, family-related events including a lot of helping our friends. This took precedence, of course, and the run was last on the menu.

The photo is totally unrelated to the run which was short and flat and late. Just to keep the streak going. This reminds me that one of these days I will register here.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.
