into the sunset
Thursday afternoon after a busy day with almost five hours of Zoom meetings and workshops. It was still sunny outside and I decided to catch the sunset. I went for a flat & asphalt run, first to the east so I could run the bottom part of the loop to the west and into the sunset.
Nine kilometers of a steady pace running. It felt good.
Ps: the cover photo is from Tuesday's run. Today I went out phoneless as I do most of the time.
Ps2: I owe you three @exhaust reports. I'll do the catch-up over the weekend.

Fantastic... a running of 9 km after long 5 hous meetings...
