I tried to run more this weekend, but sadly I was feeling not well, probably did not warm up correctly, I am still learning how to improve performance, but it is nice to have a community to learn from.

Yes, definitely. I ran again yesterday. Probably because I did not warm up, I ended up feeling not well and ran only 1KM, today I tried again but was still feeling unease, so I am taking tomorrow to rest and read more about how to warm up properly and how to pick up the pace so the next day I can do it right and, hopefully, go further
