New Activity Title - Early Morning Run

I just finished a 11.0km running that lasted about 0hh:53mm:20ss !
Good morning everyone!
Actually it is lunchtime here and I am going outside to have a lunch soon.
But before I want to share with you that post.
Today I forced myself to wake up at 5 AM.
It was super difficult. Especially, because I went to sleep around 4 AM yesterday.
But nice weather, nice jogging, and then coffee is a perfect combination!
As you probably already understood, I am not a sporty person, and I have never done workout with PT.
So I am always open for any suggestions or recommendations!
