New Activity Title - Wednesday yoga

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !

Hello!
Have you ever heard the phrase "Everything has its time"?
Just 2 months ago I was sure that yoga is not for me and I will never like it.
But it is about 2 months since I started to learn some yoga.
And I can't imagine my day without at least 10 minutes of yoga practice.
Yoga is more than a workout, it is an exercise that fills you with energy!
