Plank - Day 5

Good day!
Today is June 16th and today is 5th day of my #plankchallenge
Today I did a plank for 50 secs. After the plank, I did squats and yoga. Maybe I should change the order, but I don't think it matters a lot.
I have 1 online meeting, and it is really convenient because I can save time and don't need to go somewhere. Working from home helps to save a lot of time.
