Tuesday! Meetings!

Hello!
Today I want to encourage you to do stretching or short exercises during the day.
You don't need special equipment or clothes. There are plenty of exercises that you can do easily even when you are sitting in front of your computer. Or when you are going somewhere by bus or metro.
But these simple exercises will help you to stay healthy, to relax your muscles and entire body. Also, it is very helpful to your mental health.
Now I am going to prepare for my afternoon meeting...
