Wednesday Easy 6Km Run

I just finished a 6.4km running that lasted about 0hh:51mm:18.0ss !

Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 28 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 6km at easy pace at the park near my place and called it a day. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.

Hello, I have been running for 6 years and I am not used to eating anything before running, I think it is also getting used to the body.

Hey there, just eat little snacks should be ok for u.. u can try it out by eating 1 piece of dark choco. Yeah my performance drop tremendously due to 2 months of no training. Thanks to the covid 19 virus🤣💪
