I just finished a 16.528km cycling that lasted about 1hh:3mm:2ss !

stream crossing on my 5km runs

Today's ride was quite uneventful, it only started to rain near the end of the ride. I had time to quickly inspect both my tires and the front tire had a huge gash across the surface, it should be OK for now but definitely needs replacing before the upcoming Taupo race.

The only concern I have is New Zealand is at Alert Level 2 CCP-Virus, if it stays at this level there will be no National cycle races of any type allowed to take place.

This brings up another instance that really gets under my skin. On our local news there are so many Sports Associations complaining about how much this lockdown is costing them, seriously!

You have uploaded 70 cycling activities, and 20 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest cycling activities of a similar distance:

Over these 20 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 324.96 kms at an average pace of roughly 3:35 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 3.814min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
