VUELTA CICLÍSTICA EL VIERNES POR LA TARDE / CYCLING TOUR ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON ESP/ENG
Hola amigos, tenia varios días sin salir a rodar bicicleta por diferentes motivos. La verdad es que no me gusta pasar muchos días sin rodar bicicleta, este es el único ejercicio que estoy realizando actualmente y con el que me mantengo activo y en forma.

Es difícil comparar el rendimiento absoluto de una salida en bicicleta porque se suelen hacer algunas paradas en el transcurso del camino.

Pero incluso con los días que tenía sin poder salir y el estar un poco bajo de forma no impidieron que la ruta de hoy fuera muy fuerte, incluso me tocó subir una pendiente que nunca antes había hecho, es una de las más duras e inclinadas que he hecho.

Para terminar, espero poder comprarme un mejor teléfono dentro de poco tiempo para así poder tomar mejores imágenes de los paseos, aumentaría la calidad visual de las publicaciones.
