Quick Morning Cycle

I just finished a 16.1km cycling that lasted about 0hh:31mm:11ss !
Finally feeling better and struggling to get back on the horse. A lot of my progress is now for nothing but we push on. Did some light strength training on Monday and was a bit sore today still. So opted for indoor cycle instead of a run. Something is better than nothing!
