This is my second and last tracked activity I upload to Exhaust. Although I walked a lot during all the last week, as my @actifit posts show, I only selected this two activities. The reason is that I did not tracked all my activity for various reasons: battery conservation in my phone, walking indoors without GPS coverage, stops in bars and restaurants, forgetting about starting the activity...

My conclusion about the city is that it is an excellent destination. It has several beaches, two historic areas (one from the middle age and another from the 19th century), the oldest active lighthouse, and many parks. All streets are clean and all buildings are well conservated. In case it rains while you are visting the city you won´t get bored, as there are many museums to visit, most of them free to visit and the remaining has cheap tickets.

You have uploaded 8 running activities, and 2 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 2 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 8.03 kms at an average pace of roughly 23:07 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 25.048min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
