Morning XC Run

I just finished a 12.231km running that lasted about 1hh:6mm:0ss !

Morning cross country. New route across some not so well marked out paths. Beautiful sunny morning. Bumped in to a fellow runner so managed to have a bit of a distanced chat. Missing all of my training buddies. Outlaw half in May has been cancelled. June olympic triathlon has been cancelled. Still quietly hoping that the equinox ultra will still go ahead in September... Hope everyone’s weekend training goes ok. Stay safe! X
