Evening Run
(Edited)
I just finished a 7.452km running that lasted about 0hh:35mm:5ss !
The plan was to go for a steady 4-5miler but I didn’t look at my watch until 5k & realised the reason I felt tired & my legs were hurting was because I was going along at 7:30 min miles. Think i’m running out all of the covid19 related stress. Had a quick breather & a stretch then carried on for the last 1.5miles. Got to hear all of the claps, horns, cheers & pan bashing for the 8pm “clap for key workers” whilst out on the road. This one little village puts on a right cheer & I could still hear them half a mile away. Lovely stuff.
Happy running/cycling/training all. X
