Myself and @run.kirsty.run headed out west of Auckland again for our Sunday long ride. Its been a long week of training and this is usually our last big training sessions before a usual rest day on Monday.

Kirsty has a new Time Trial bike and the bike paths in the west of Auckland are a great please for her to get used riding on new bikes as there is no traffic to deal with. Although, such a nice day there was a lot of walkers and casual rides. All keeping their required distance which was great.
