I have been struggling to post this week, but as well a lot of my training has been inside.
It's been cold, but mostly wet so, its best to keep things indoors. Last night I got out for a run which was awesome and this morning I was able to commute into work by bike. It was one of the colder mornings to be riding and at least the days are starting to get a little longer. I was dressed a little better than what I have been, but it didn't mean my shower when I got to work wasn't nice and hot.
