Morning Run

I just finished a 9.129km running that lasted about 0hh:51mm:52ss !

The sun is a lot lower in this part of the world. Even though it's only about a 2 hour flight from Auckland, I think the days are even shorter in this part of the world.

We got out of the house at about 11pm and it was perfect timing as there was still no wind and it was calm and sunny. My first run for the week is usually an easy 5km to 6km run followed by 6 to 8 400m efforts at the end of it.

I'm not too used to the dry cold air, so it was a little difficult for me to run the harder efforts but got it done and had a great time doing it.
