I just finished a 8.317km running that lasted about 0hh:48mm:47ss !

Back running for another week.

I've been feeling less than 100% lately, feeling a little run down and sick but I'm hoping it's something I'm getting over and at the end of.

Either way the run was easy besides 4 x 400m repeats at the end for a little extra spice. It was good to get out of the house and ran ok at the end of the day.
