Afternoon Run With Speed Work

I just finished a 8.671km running that lasted about 0hh:47mm:13ss !

I am hoping to be racing this weekend, so my speed work today is a little tamer than what it normally would be.

My usual 6km was a little tough and am hoping it was just cause I was a little cold. I then did 4 x 400m as fast as possible, then 2 x shuttle runs, which were about 30 seconds of all out running.

The faster stuff felt really good and hope my form and economy is improving because of it.
