Morning Ride
I just finished a 34.653km cycling that lasted about 1hh:29mm:13ss !
I'm still struggling as we move into the weekend.
I am not sure if I am still recovering from racing last weekend or if a lack of sleep on Tuesday night is taking its toll.
Even though we are in lock down, I am still working from home as a lot of people are doing a lot of their grocery shopping via the internet these days. We decided to get out early and it was a good plan, I was just a little sleepy getting up this early to fit our ride in before work.
Still winter and still cold, it was a nice still morning for a ride, with not a lot of cars out on the road...Surprisingly not a lot of riders and runners out though.
