Afternoon Hill Repeats
I just finished a 9.225km running that lasted about 0hh:51mm:27ss !
I was suppose to be running my goal race a couple of weeks ago but it has now moved to the start of November now.
I am not sure what my new plan from WHOOP will look like tomorrow but I decided I might do some more hill repeats in the coming weeks to make sure I am completely ready for the race.
The goal of the run was to do 8 x 1 minute hill climbs with 2 minutes of recovery between them. I struggled with the hill repeats as I think I haven't been doing work for the full 60 seconds lately, so it was a good eye opener and will hopefully make me a little stronger in the coming weeks.
Stay Strong Everyone!

You have uploaded 348 running activities, and 62 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 62 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 569.30 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:10 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.577min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
So, it was a good workout in more than one way? 😀
Repeat it 👍🔂
