Long Morning Ride

I just finished a 41.149km cycling that lasted about 1hh:51mm:23ss !

@run.kirsty.run had a long ride planned for the day. She had 4 hours of riding on her training plan and we got out a little earlier than normal for my morning commute to ride for a small chunk of her ride. This took my ride out for an extra 30 minutes than I usually do on a Friday morning.

It was actually a nice morning for a ride and not sure if I was happy to end the ride early and not be able to keep riding with Kirsty for the full 4 hours.

Not sure if I am going to be able to get much more riding done this weekend as we have a wedding tomorrow and friends staying with us for the weekend. I should at least get a bit of running done, but will see what happens.
