Morning Ride To Work

I just finished a 26.814km cycling that lasted about 1hh:13mm:38ss !
Another ride to work and we are crossing off the training sessions.
There is only 10 days until ironman and it's still up in the air on weather we'll be racing or not. I am seeing a chiropractor again today as my neck and back have been giving me a lot of issues so hopefully it will be fine in the coming days.
