Back Out Riding

I just finished a 37.154km cycling that lasted about 1hh:43mm:16ss !

Yep, even though Ironman is over for another year, we need to start looking forward at races in the coming months so need to start getting back on our bike.

It will be a gentle start back with no really big rides to come until later in the year. It was a pretty windy morning despite being still kinda mild. The cooler months are coming and we were lucky to have a public holiday today so it was nice to get out for a ride late in the morning.
