Morning Run

I just finished a 6.378km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:36ss !

No swim squad on this morning, and I found myself struggling to get out the door.

The pool we usually swim at is closed due to issues with the pool pump so I had planned to head to my local pool and do my own swim and the run afterwards. I slept in a little and only managed a 25 minute swim but then ran the long way home as it is only about 200m the direct root home.

I still know how to get the most out of myself even for a short workout, but will try a little harder if I have to do this again later in the week.
