Morning Run

I just finished a 7.852km running that lasted about 0hh:38mm:42ss !

A new week and we are back running again.

Had a lot on over the weekend so it feels like we haven't stopped and it was a real struggle to get to swim squad this morning. If I miss Tuesday morning swim squad, it also means I miss my run home afterwards and that's a bad start to the week.

Got in the pool and made my run count and rewarded myself with a large coffee from the bakery afterwards.
