Hills, Heat and Humidity...

avatar

I just finished a 9.013km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:35ss !

image

The regular run on Hills with a "surplus" on the Heat and Humidity variables today.
Humidity and hot conditions always add some extra work to the planned activity
Nothing outstanding, everything within done the aerobical area, just accumulation of some volume, gaining strength.
Running feelings a little bit weird due to the weather conditions.
Keep on running!

You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)

Not a bad run on a hot day. Heck, I'll probably never get that time on my best day

You will, if you are consistent...in any case, It's better not compare yourself with others. I compete against myself, only :-)
