I just finished a 10.014km running that lasted about 0hh:53mm:32ss !


First visit to the nearby mountains since the end of the confinement.
Running in the city is fine but I really missed doing it in nature.

I didn't want to force myself too much this time, it was a short but intense activity.
Many people think that trail running is much healthier than running on asphalt. I think so too, but like all things, if it's been a while since you did, it's best to have a little patience at the beginning and take it easy.

I have seen the city from another angle, from 400 meters high, I have enjoyed the environment, I have breathed real oxygen, I have seen many squirrels and birds that have been surprised to see me in their own territory.

And above all, I have broken the routine of living in the city.
