I just finished a 8.606km running that lasted about 0hh:57mm:26ss !

Yep, today I had more time to do a different workout.
A compilation of work on ramps, stairs, steps and jogging on hills.
Some variation is good for the body and also for the "soul", isn't it?

Warm, very warm temperatures, reaching 29 degrees without even a breeze to refresh my run.
However, I get this pic of my city as a prize of my sweated work.
